Job summary

Parloa seeks a Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager to drive customer success, value realization, and growth across enterprise customers. You will guide organizations from implementation through adoption, unlocking the full potential of agentic AI in their CX operations.

Own the end-to-end journey post-sale, build trusted advisory relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams for on-time implementations and measurable business impact. Fluent in German and English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to drive strategic value and support digital transformation in complex organizations.
• Track record of turning customer success into measurable business impact and growth opportunities.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on execution and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Native or bilingual in German and fluent in English.
• Technical curiosity and interest in AI, automation, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer journey post-sale across enterprise accounts.
• Advise enterprise clients on AI-driven transformation and growth opportunities.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities across new use cases, teams, and automation initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time implementations and adoption.
• Translate product capabilities and data into clear business impact through success plans and reporting.
• Align technical and business stakeholders across the lifecycle.
