Jobgether is seeking a Sales Representative for the Great Lakes region, focused on Minnesota, to drive growth in chemical solutions for the paper, packaging, and hygiene industries. You will manage key accounts, cultivate new business, and provide technical and commercial guidance across production processes.

You will lead demand forecasting, deliver ROI-focused proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer outcomes and profitability.

Competenze

• 5+ years in paper manufacturing with technical sales or account management.
• Proven success in profitable customer relationships and hitting commercial targets.
• Experience developing and executing strategic account plans and project plans.
• Ability to quantify financial impact and present ROI for solutions.
• Data analysis, sales reporting, demand forecasting experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.
