Kemira is seeking an experienced Sales Representative, P&HS, Great Lakes to join our Packaging and Hygiene commercial team. This remote role supports the sale of chemistries used in paper manufacturing in the Minnesota area, collaborating with customers at their sites to identify and apply effective chemical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in paper science, chemistry, biology, microbiology or chemical engineering.
• 5+ years experience in the paper industry.
• Ability to develop Key Account or Project Plans and execute.
• Strong ROI documentation of new and existing applications.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with key buyers.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication.
• Experience with Large Account Management, Packaging and board, paper making operations, LSS.

Responsabilités

• Direct the sales process to meet and exceed sales and profitability margin targets.
• Develop profitable business with designated account(s).
• Expand profits, market position and share.
• Introduce new products and solutions to clients.
• Organize reports, sales calls, and business reviews.
• Support the development of demand forecast in assigned area.
• Lead and participate on teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with all at the manufacturing site from operators to the mill manager.
• Influence stakeholders and collaborate with others in a paper manufacturing environment.
