EAB is recruiting a Paid Media Manager to join the Hybrid Digital team. You will oversee campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic, shaping strategies and driving enrollment growth for higher education clients. Collaborate with leadership, mentor teammates, and push for operational improvements.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on campaign management, with options for locations in multiple East Coast cities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with paid digital media campaigns in agency or client-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GA, GTM, campaign tracking, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, launch, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign performance to clients.
• Mentor and develop Paid Media Executives and junior team members.
• Stay current on advertising platforms and evolve paid media capabilities.
