Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in packaging prepress and print specs for Flexo, Litho, Gravure, Dry Offset & IML
• Experience with packaging substrates for Flexo, Litho, Gravure, Dry Offset & IML
• Strong project management, organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with packaging prepress software (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Esko)
• Experience with eCommerce / 3D rendering services and requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to anticipate customer needs to increase volume and profitability
• Ability to problem solve, analyze options, and make sound judgments

Responsibilities

• Liaise between clients and packaging prepress to ensure projects meet scheduling and quality requirements
• Manage orders: communicate details, input into OMS, prioritize tasks
• Apply knowledge of packaging printing and prepress to production workflows
• Build strong customer relationships and facilitate problem-solving
• Maintain proactive customer communications on job progress and requirements
• Coordinate 3D rendering services and asset management
• Order photopolymer platemaking services from production
• Generate project cost estimates and billing summaries at completion
• Support clients for RRD hosted technologies as needed
• Uphold ethical business practices and support customer retention
