Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Packaging Premedia in Wisconsin. You will lead client liaison, oversee packaging prepress workflows, and drive project planning to ensure on-time delivery and quality across flexo, litho, gravure, IMD/IML processes.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, proactive communication, and proficiency with Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Esko.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with 3–5 years in related field.
• Knowledge of packaging prepress and print specs for Flexo, Litho, Gravure, IMD/IML.
• Experience with packaging substrates for multiple print processes.
• Strong project, organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with packaging prepress software: Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Esko.
• Familiarity with eCommerce / 3D rendering services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between clients and packaging prepress to meet scheduling and quality requirements.
• Enter job details into order management software and prioritize jobs for client expectations.
• Apply knowledge of packaging printing to production workflows and problem-solve.
• Maintain customer relationships and monitor satisfaction.
• Communicate progress and requests for information or materials to clients and production.
• Coordinate client support for RRD hosted technologies as needed.
• Generate project cost estimates and billing summaries at completion.
