Job summary

Midland Care Connection in Emporia, KS seeks an Intake & Enrollment Manager to lead the PACE enrollment process from inquiry to enrollment, supervise intake coordinators, and collaborate with Marketing and clinical teams to remove barriers and meet enrollment goals.

The role ensures compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, PACE, and confidentiality requirements while improving participant experiences and program growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare/related field.
• Experience in healthcare, senior services, PACE, intake or enrollment.
• Supervisory or leadership experience with coaching/training.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to manage multiple cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; build relationships with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/PACE enrollment requirements; HIPAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the PACE intake and enrollment process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Support Intake Coordinators and ensure timely, accurate information for participants and families.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Center Administration, and Interdisciplinary Team to streamline enrollment and compliance.
