AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking an Intake & Enrollment Supervisor to lead the intake process across all PACE locations, oversee staff, and cultivate referral sources to sustain census growth.

The role focuses on maintaining an enrollment flow with an average maximum of 20 days, developing training for Intake Specialists, ensuring CRM usage, and coordinating with cross-functional teams while complying with state and federal PACE regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in business/marketing or health care-related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience working with the elderly and their families in a community agency or health care setting.
• Bilingual in Cantonese/Mandarin/Vietnamese/English or Spanish/English required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the intake process and staff for all PACE locations.
• Cultivate referral sources to maintain census growth.
• Monitor intake flow to keep enrollment average within 20 days.
• Train and manage Intake Specialists; ensure productivity and CRM use.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal PACE regulations and develop CAPs for audits.
