Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in healthcare, social services, customer service, admissions/intake, or related administrative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service and the ability to interact professionally with participants, families, caregivers, and community partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn EMR/EHR systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
