Job summary

Midland Care Connection in Olathe, KS, is seeking an Intake & Enrollment Manager to lead the PACE intake and enrollment process from initial inquiry through enrollment, supervising coordinators and ensuring timely information.

The role partners with Marketing, Center Administration and the interdisciplinary team to remove barriers, meet enrollment goals, and maintain compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and PACE requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, social services, nursing, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare, senior services, PACE, case management, intake, enrollment, or related setting.
• Supervisory or leadership experience, including coaching, training, and performance management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple prospective participants and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to protect confidentiality and HIPAA data.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, PACE eligibility and enrollment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PACE intake and enrollment process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Supervise Intake Coordinators and provide coaching and training.
• Ensure timely, accurate information for participants and families.
• Track enrollment activity and performance metrics; monitor the referral pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Center Administration, and Interdisciplinary Team to ensure a smooth participant experience.
