Job summary

CORE in Frisco, Texas is seeking an experienced Owner Contracts Manager to steward the contractual relationship with our clients. You will lead negotiations, manage owner agreements, and provide strategic guidance from contract through project completion.

The role includes supervising the Subcontract Administration team, ensuring alignment with owner obligations, and maintaining client satisfaction. A strong background in commercial construction contracts and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction contract administration or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields as listed.
• Experience negotiating and administering owner contracts on commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of AIA, ConsensusDocs and similar contract documents.
• Able to analyze complex contractual language and advise project teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CORE's primary administrator for owner contracts from negotiation through closeout.
• Review, negotiate, prepare, and manage owner agreements, amendments, and change orders.
• Interpret contract language and guide project teams on obligations and risks.
• Develop trusted client relationships with professional communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Mentor Subcontract Administrators and ensure process consistency across projects.
