Subcontract Administrator Position Description CORE is seeking a Subcontract Administrator (SCA) to join our team in Frisco, Texas. This role is responsible for preparing, issuing, executing, and maintaining subcontract agreements with trade partners, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution throughout the lifecycle of each project. Working closely with Operations and Project Management staff, Project Coordinators and Accounting, the Subcontract Administrator will help facilitate the subcontract process from bid award through execution while maintaining organized project records and supporting company risk management efforts. In this role, the SCA will help build trusted relationships with our trade partners through fair and consistent subcontract administration. By maintaining accurate documentation and communicating proactively, the SCA will uphold CORE's values of Fairness, Integrity, Continuous Improvement, and Results while helping our project teams execute successfully from project startup through completion.
This is an in-person position based in Frisco, Texas (not remote or hybrid).
