Job summary

CORE Construction in Frisco, TX seeks an experienced Owner Contracts Manager to steward client relationships from negotiation through project closeout, ensuring owner agreements are accurate and aligned with CORE's standards. You will ensure owner agreements are accurate, managed proactively, and aligned with CORE's standards, while guiding the Subcontract Administration team.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction contract administration or legal contract management.
• Ability to analyze complex contractual language and communicate implications to teams.
• Experience negotiating and administering owner contracts on commercial projects.
• Understanding of AIA, ConsensusDocs, and other contract documents.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CORE's primary administrator for owner contracts from negotiation through closeout.
• Review, negotiate, prepare, and manage owner agreements and amendments.
• Interpret contract language and advise project teams on obligations and risks.
• Develop relationships with clients through professional communication across the contract lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress for contractual compliance and issue awareness.
• Lead and mentor Subcontract Administrators across multiple projects.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting in company systems.
