Job summary

FCX Performance, part of Applied Industrial Technologies, seeks an Outside Sales Representative in Boston, MA. You will partner with customers to identify needs and opportunities, advance solutions, and drive revenue in the assigned territory.

You will present RL Stone products, conduct demonstrations, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to meet targets while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales within the industrial marketplace.
• Knowledgeable in Steam Specialties, HVAC equipment, boilers, pumps, and controls is a plus.
• Self-motivated and aggressive in sales tactics; strong closing ability.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in retaining customers and developing new business, building repeat sales and managing a territory.
• Technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and lunch & learns.
• Be strategic, organized, and technologically savvy in your approach to managing your sales territory.
• Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as needed basis.
• Responsible for helping set sales target goals and marketing strategies.
