Job summary

Nextep is seeking an outside sales professional to build relationships with business owners and leaders, presenting tailored PEO solutions and closing deals. You’ll stay ahead of industry trends and work with internal teams to move prospects through the sales process.

Your role involves researching client needs, making sales calls, and managing a robust CRM-driven pipeline while aiming to deliver exceptional employment services and value to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or similar field is required.
• Sales experience is a plus and highly valued.
• Strong relationship-building and a drive to succeed are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners and leaders daily.
• Research client needs, present tailored PEO solutions, and close deals.
• Make sales calls, move prospects through the sales process, and deliver IPs and proposals.
• Work with internal teams to qualify prospects and close sales.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM.
