Nextep is seeking an outside sales professional in Minneapolis to build relationships with business owners and leaders, assess client needs, and close tailored PEO solutions. You will drive the sales process, deliver proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to qualify prospects.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners and leaders daily.
• Conduct research to understand client needs, present tailored PEO solutions, and close sales deals.
• Make sales calls, move prospects through the sales process, deliver IPs and proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to qualify prospects.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in the PEO market.
