Nextep is seeking an outside sales professional to build relationships with business owners and leaders, researching client needs and presenting tailored PEO solutions. You will drive the sales cycle from initial contact through closing, coordinating with internal teams to deliver proposals and IPs.

You’ll manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape, and work to exceed quarterly targets while delivering exceptional client

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or similar field is required.
• Sales experience is a plus and valued by the team.
• Strong ability to build relationships with business owners and leaders.
