Nextep is seeking an outside sales professional to engage business owners and leaders, research client needs, and present tailored PEO solutions. You’ll move prospects through the sales process, deliver proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to qualify opportunities.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in business or related field and a knack for building relationships. A strong drive to succeed and prior sales experience are a plus.
