Nextep is seeking an outside sales professional to engage with business owners and leaders, understand their needs, and present tailored PEO solutions. You’ll drive opportunities, deliver proposals, and close deals while coordinating with internal teams to qualify prospects.

The role emphasizes relationship building, a strong drive to succeed, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced office environment across the Denver area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in business or related field.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners and leaders daily.
• Research client needs, present tailored PEO solutions, and close deals.
• Make sales calls, move prospects through the sales process, and present IPs/proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to qualify prospects and manage the pipeline via CRM.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive PEO market.
