Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Rep who will be the voice and initial point of contact for our leading company. In this role, your exceptional sales and consultative skills will help turn interested parties into loyal customers.

You’ll maximize revenue in a defined territory while maintaining relationships with existing customers. A Bachelor's degree and three years of sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of sales experience required.
• Knowledge of construction or equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect and qualify new accounts from existing and dormant accounts.
• Collaborate with specialty division representatives for cross selling.
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Make presentations of company products to clients.
• Utilize CRM tools to develop pipeline of opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and market conditions.
