Resource Label Group is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to expand market presence and drive financial growth. The role emphasizes new business development, customer retention, and strategic account planning across printing and labeling services.

The ideal candidate will be located in/around the Portland, OR area with the ability to travel within a diverse territory. The compensation is base salary plus commission, with total pay varying by performance against sales targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of professional sales in printing/packaging/folding cartons.
• Experience in vertical markets (food, beverage, wine, pharma, personal care, household).
• Knowledge of printing; prime label/flexible packaging preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; proactive problem solver.
• Positive demeanor; able to sit, stand and drive for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel within local market.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and develop new business through strategic prospecting.
• Develop tactical plans to maintain and expand services with existing accounts.
• Identify new customers and project opportunities.
• Liaise between customer and organization through sales and production.
• Establish relationships and understand customers' business needs.
• Provide regular reporting on customer and industry trends.
• Update sales activity and customer data in Salesforce.
• Maintain regular contact with customers about products and services.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Forecast and meet monthly and annual sales targets.
