Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in printing, packaging, or related industries is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and in-person visits
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate printing and packaging solutions
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and close
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing in coordination with internal teams
• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
• Collaborate with production, estimating, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information in the CRM
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals
