Job summary

Insperity, a leading provider of HR solutions, is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant (Business Performance Advisor) to help small and midsize businesses select Insperity’s human resource services and technology. You’ll call on owners virtually and in person to explain solutions and build partnerships.

This role offers uncapped commission, residual income, and a first-year OTE of $95,000 to $110,000, with base salary plus targeted plan earnings.

• Engage your network and build lasting partnerships.
• Achieve sales goals determined by management.
• Complete bid paperwork for new client contracts.
• Facilitates new client onboarding with information gathered from new clients.
