Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking an Outside Account Manager to act as a strategic advisor for a dealership portfolio, aiming to exceed sales targets and drive growth. You will coordinate with dealers to maximize program value and guide service advisors through coaching and training to unlock opportunities.

The role requires strong organization, a proven sales history, and the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Prior professional experience selling with territory management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent follow up.
• Understanding of sales processes including planning, training, retail selling and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals with all products.
• Assist dealers in maximizing the financial opportunity of the program through a customized action plan.
• Drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and retail strategies through coaching and training to maximize business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Service Manager, Parts Manager, and other dealer stakeholders to determine product screen, inventory levels, and pricing to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers.
• Manage activity tracking and account information in Salesforce.
• Share industry trends and best practices across the team and dealership network.
