Dealer Tire LLC is seeking an Outside Account Manager to act as a strategic advisor for a dealership portfolio in the Charlotte region. You will manage growth through territory sales, customize action plans, and coach dealers to maximize opportunities across all products.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational and relationship skills, and readiness for extensive travel (up to 80%). Base pay plus uncapped commission supports long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience selling with territory management.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Understanding of the full sales process and closing deals.
• Be located within assigned territory.
• Strong customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals with all products.
• Assist dealers in maximizing the financial opportunity of the program through a customized action plan.
• Drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and overall retail strategies through coaching and training.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager, Parts Manager, and other dealer stakeholders to determine product screen, inventory levels, and pricing.
• Develop and maintain consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers.
• Manage all activity tracking and account information in Salesforce.
• Share best practices across the team and dealership network to support continuous improvement.
