Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Effectiveness experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-level programs and teams.
• Experience supporting senior executives and leading large-scale organizational changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's Organizational Effectiveness strategy and align workforce capabilities with business priorities and growth.
• Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, structures, spans of control, and workforce planning.
• Direct enterprise talent review, succession planning, and leadership pipeline initiatives.
• Develop and implement frameworks to improve performance management and talent outcomes.
• Lead change management efforts for transformations, restructures, technology implementations, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
• Establish OD metrics and dashboards to measure productivity, leadership effectiveness, and engagement.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to identify organizational risks and opportunities.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programs focusing on capability building and business leadership competencies.
