You will partner with senior executives to translate strategy into operating models, capability builds, and governance that enable strong performance and adaptability.

The role emphasizes leadership development, analytics, and enterprise-wide change management, with a focus on scalable OE practices and governance across business units.

Formación

• 12-15+ years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, or related disciplines.
• Experience advising senior executives on organizational challenges and transformation.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of workforce trends, skills-based organizations, and AI's impact on work preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Advise leaders on organizational design, operating models, governance, and role design.
• Lead workforce planning and future workforce modeling initiatives.
• Drive organizational change strategies during transformations and restructurings.
• Improve leadership effectiveness, decision-making, accountability, and team performance.
• Utilize diagnostics, analytics, and governance to inform OE decisions.
