Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field is required.
• Minimal 7 years of experience in global organizational effectiveness, change management and organizational development.
• Experience in scaling OE/Change practices directly with the business and through HR Business Partners.
• Ability to apply data and analytics in talent decision‑making and storytelling to engage leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to develop and measure approaches for organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align OE initiatives with business goals.
• Lead change management and employee engagement initiatives across the organization.
• Develop scalable OE solutions and digital resources for HR Business Partners.
