Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business Administration, or Psychology preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, or HR within complex, global, high-growth organizations.
• Understanding of how HR strategy links to business strategy with capability to define outcomes.
• Experience with organizational diagnostic tools that enable organizational assessments.
• Knowledge of talent management lifecycle and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, delivering data-driven insights and organizational diagnostics.
• Translate business strategy into talent and organizational action plans aligned with long-term goals.
• Lead enterprise organizational design and restructuring initiatives to enhance agility and cross-functional execution.
• Design and implement leadership development programs to strengthen capability and coaching across teams.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Operations to influence program design and deliver enterprise People programs.
• Own the annual cadence of core people processes, including calibrations, salary and equity planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys.
