Job summary

EDP Renewables, a global leader in renewable energy, seeks an Organizational Development Lead Expert in the Houston area. You will partner with the CoE, regional P&O team, and senior leaders to shape organizational strategy, develop leadership capabilities, and ensure job descriptions remain accurate and aligned with succession planning.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or strategic P&O consulting.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Proven experience designing and implementing leadership and talent strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Solid understanding of core Talent Management processes (succession planning, performance management, leadership pipelines, high-potential development, talent reviews).
• Experience facilitating leadership workshops and executive talent discussions.
• Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and executive presence.
• Experience working in multinational environments.
• Based in the United States, with strong understanding of the local business and cultural context.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organizational development initiatives in collaboration with the CoE, Regional P&O Team, and managers.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of job descriptions and titles; assist with succession planning.
• Identify training and development needs and recommend solutions.
• 5-7 years of experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or strategic P&O consulting.
• Design and implement leadership and talent strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Lead leadership workshops and executive talent discussions.
• Travel 10% or as needed.
