EDP Renewables North America LLC seeks a Senior Director of Operations to lead regional field operations for a large renewable portfolio. You will drive safety, reliability, and cost efficiency while transforming operating models and leading a geographically dispersed team.

Reporting to the EVP – Asset Operations/RGA, you will develop leaders, establish KPIs, and govern major improvement programs across multiple departments to deliver measurable results and sustained growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years renewable-energy/power-generation leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise change-management initiatives.
• Experience implementing ERP, CMMS, EAM, digital or automation solutions.

• Champion a proactive safety culture across field operations and contractor activities.
• Drive improvements in asset availability, reliability, OPEX, and fleet performance.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption.
