Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ years of public accounting or financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination and review of US project-company financial statements and disclosures, ensuring audit readiness.
• Review balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and footnotes for technical accuracy and US GAAP compliance.
• Challenge trial-balance data, consolidation adjustments, and unusual transactions; document and resolve issues.
• Act as primary contact for external auditors and coordinate responses to review comments and audit requests.
• Evaluate complex accounting topics including tax-advantaged structures, consolidation matters, and equity-accounted interests.
• Ensure proper account mapping, eliminations, and presentations across local records and financial statements.
• Apply materiality judgments and ensure disclosure sufficiency and accuracy in the reporting package.
• Establish standards, templates, and governance for consistent and timely US financial-statement deliverables.
