Job summary

Bright Horizons Children's Centers is seeking an HR/Organization Development leader to partner with the Sr. Director and HRBPs on design opportunities and to drive a roadmap for transforming team strategy, structure, systems, and processes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, learning strategy development, and program design with a bias toward data-driven evaluation of impact. A strong background in organizational design and change is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in organizational development, leadership, or psychology.
• 5 years of progressive HR/OD experience required.
• Masters degree + 2+ years HR/OD experience preferred for advanced roles

Responsibilities

• Support Sr. Director and HRBPs on organization design and development opportunities.
• Develop relationships and communication among project team members and the HR Function for effective collaboration.
• Support design, development, and implementation of a roadmap to achieve future state across team strategy, structure, systems, and processes.
• Develop tools to assess resistance and performance gaps; implement corrective actions with partners.
• Recommend and implement learning strategies to close leadership, management, and technical skill gaps.
• Oversee training objectives, program outlines, and instructional methods (in-person, group, e-learning, workshops).
• Align project goals with team, HR colleagues and business leaders.
• Identify metrics to evaluate impacts; collect and track data with the business.
