Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. seeks a Director, Multi-Service Strategic Client Relations to lead executive relationships across Family Solutions and child care centers, aligning client workforce goals with operations and financial stewardship.

This remote US role focuses on retention, growth, and strategic partnerships while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and value for employer-sponsored clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; in lieu of a degree, 5 years of experience may be considered.
• 7–10+ years in strategic account management, client success, benefits consulting, workforce solutions, or related B2B relationship mgmt.
• Travel as required to support strategic client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic relationship leader across Bright Horizons lines of business, ensuring coordinated strategy and alignment to client objectives.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Talent, DEI, and senior leaders.
• Lead a coordinated client strategy across employer-sponsored child care centers and Family Solutions offerings to drive utilization and client value.
• Monitor portfolio financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and long-term value.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and stakeholders to review budgets, enrollment projections, and financial performance.
