Job summary

Bright Horizons Children's Centers seeks a supervisory HR Service Center leader to manage a team delivering employee and manager support on HR policies and procedures. You will oversee performance, hiring, and compensation decisions, ensuring efficient operations and strong customer service.

The role emphasizes coaching, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with COE, Payroll and HRIS, with a focus on process improvements and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years HR experience in lieu of degree.
• 3 years HR experience required; 1+ year in management preferred.
• 3 years customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and direction for the team; drive accountability and staff development.
• Proactively monitor ticket volume, backlog and tasks; ensure SLA adherence.
• Orient, train and coach new team members; deliver high-quality customer service.
• Escalate and address customer concerns; feed back for process improvements.
• Lead analytics and reporting; maintain case management tools and docs.
• Partner with HR Manager to ensure tools are updated and effective.
