Job summary

Visionworks of America seeks a Specialist in Order Management to provide front line support to field operators through written and verbal communications, and to analyze requests and issues in detail for accurate resolution.

You will track and complete updates to customer orders submitted to our central manufacturing facilities, and perform receiving, shipping and inventory activities to maintain optimum delivery performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in customer service or order management.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and databases.
• Optical/ophthalmic industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails or chats from retail associates professionally.
• Research orders across supply chain systems and resolve issues.
• Provide product and technical support or information.
• Complete daily reports and data entry as required.
• Capture and document associate requests accurately.
