Job summary

Varsity Spirit, a Varsity Brands company, is hiring an Account Specialist for our Brookfield, MO location. This in-office role focuses on managing customer orders, answering Sales inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.

You'll work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales-driven roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of customer orders.
• Respond to inquiries from Sales or internal teams to aid order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with other departments to serve the customer.
• Understand order processing systems and delivery channels.
• Serve as liaison for traveling sales representatives.
• Maintain customer relations with prompt responses.
• Look for process improvements to benefit the team.
• Support special projects across departments as needed.
• Pursue continued cross-training within the department.
