Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist for a 6 month+ contract in Midland, MI. The role manages order entry and fulfillment for complex customer accounts, ensuring accurate processing and adherence to business guidelines.

You will build solid customer relationships, support commercial objectives, resolve issues, and deliver cost-effective solutions. This position serves as a key resource for systems, processes, and continuous improvement while maintaining high

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 5 years of working experience in similar roles
• 1–2 years SAP preferred
• Problem solving and communication skills are essential
• Customer service and business process acumen required
• Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience preferred

• Executes the order entry process and manages fulfillment for key accounts
• Review, validate and process order requests per guidelines
• Maintain knowledge of products, applications and services
