Job summary

Eaton's CPDI OPS Operations division is seeking an Order Fulfillment Project Specialist based in Raleigh, NC. You will influence, coordinate, and monitor CPS order backlog, working cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and align priorities for on-time shipment.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional 72-hour reviews, tracking milestones, and ensuring effective communication with customers, sales, and engineering. Relocation assistance is available for out-of-area candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3 years of supply chain or operations experience
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Influence CPS commitments and monitor schedule attainment for UPS, Batteries, Switchboards, and Accessories for the customer.
• Serve as the Raleigh CPS manufacturing liaison with customers, sales, and project management; escalate to engineering for timely resolution.
• Participate in shipping tool reviews and production tier meetings to relay priorities and track backlog progression.
