Job summary

Eaton's CPDI OPS is seeking a Production Scheduler for our Raleigh, NC facility to join the Supply Chain team. This onsite role focuses on creating and maintaining the master production schedule, driving material requirements, and balancing customer expectations with inventory and capacity constraints.

You will partner with Customer Service, Sales, and Engineering, generate weekly and monthly reports, and ensure data integrity across product lines while supporting NPI phasing and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years in supply chain/operations in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems, production planning, and SIOP processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present data.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain master production schedule to drive material requirements.
• Participate in SIOP; balance demand with factory capacity and inventory.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and Engineering to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure production plan fulfills customer requests and supports NPI changes.
• Produce weekly and monthly management reports and maintain master data integrity.
