Job summary

Eaton's CPDI OPS division is seeking a Production Scheduler for the Raleigh, NC facility. The role is onsite with a 50-mile residency requirement and salary range $86,000–$126,000 per year.

You will establish and maintain the master schedule, drive material requirements, and collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Engineering to meet customer expectations. You will work with Manufacturing to fulfill plans, generate key reports, maintain data integrity, and support NPI and Focus Factory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years related experience OR 7 years in supply chain/manufacturing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Relocation not offered; reside within 50-mile radius of Raleigh, NC area.
• CPIM or other supply chain certification.
• Experience in production planning in Make-to-Order environments.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain master schedule to generate a valid production plan.
• Drive material requirements and ensure capacity alignment.
• Participate in SIOP process and manufacturing supply review.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Engineering to meet expectations.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing to fulfill production plans and customer requests.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports for management.
• Maintain master data integrity for product lines.
• Support NPI projects and phasing in/out of products.
• Lead continuous improvement projects as part of Focus Factory.
