Job summary

Eaton’s CPS Service Division is seeking a Service Operations Support Manager – Domestic/International Parts to lead the UPS Parts team in Raleigh, NC, in a hybrid 3x2 office model. You will own the order lifecycle, drive performance, and collaborate across functions to meet customer commitments while guiding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or operations.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Raleigh, NC.
• Able to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI or similar ERP/CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the UPS Parts team.
• Establish performance goals and service levels; coach and develop team members.
• Oversee the full parts order lifecycle: entry, backlog, fulfillment, invoicing, warranty validation and execution, and shipment coordination.
• Ensure order accuracy, on-time delivery, forecast integrity, and compliance with customer commitments.
• Monitor performance, analyze reports, and drive actions to support revenue and demand.
• Manage IFAR claims and ensure processing meets customer service expectations.
• Coordinate contact center queues to maximize team availability and customer service quality.
• Collaborate across Sales, Technical Support, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Purchasing, Credit, Legal, affiliates, and partners.
