Job summary

Eaton’s CPDI OPS is hiring a Production Scheduler for our Raleigh, NC facility. This onsite role focuses on creating and maintaining a master production schedule, aligning capacity with customer demand and inventory targets.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Engineering, participate in the SIOP process, and drive continuous improvement within the Focus Factory program. Relocation is not offered; only candidates in 50-mile radius will be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 3 years related experience OR 7 years of related professional experience in supply chain or operations in a manufacturing setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Relocation is not offered; reside within a 50-mile radius of Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain master schedule to generate a valid production schedule and drive material requirements.
• Actively participate in the SIOP process; drive manufacturing supply review; evaluate changes in future demand and adjust forecast.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Sales, and Engineering to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing teams to fulfill production plans and customer requests.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Maintain master data integrity for product lines.
• Support NPI projects for phasing in/out products.
• Lead continuous improvement projects as part of the Focus Factory for the production line.
