Job summary

Eaton Corporation, CPDI OPS Operations, is seeking a Production Scheduler for the Raleigh, NC facility. This onsite role focuses on establishing and maintaining a master production schedule and ensuring material requirements are met to support customer demand.

You will participate in the SIOP process and collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Engineering to balance demand with inventory while driving continuous improvement on the production line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 3 years related experience OR 7 years of related professional experience in supply chain or operations in a manufacturing setting
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
• Relocation is not offered for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the Raleigh, NC area to be considered for this opportunity

Responsibilities

• You will establish and maintain master schedule accurately to generate a valid production schedule and drive material requirements accordingly.
• You will actively participate in the SIOP process; driving manufacturing supply review for your product line, evaluate changes in future demand and adjust forecast as required to achieve a balance between maximizing customer satisfaction and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• You will work closely with Customer Service, Sales, and Engineering teams to understand and strive to meet customer expectations.
• You will work with Manufacturing teams to ensure that the production plan and customer requests are fulfilled.
• You will produce various weekly and monthly reports to provide vital information to management
• You will maintain master data integrity for given product lines
• You will work closely with NPI project teams to support phasing in and out of products as required
• You will participate and lead continuous improvement projects as part of the “Focus Factory” for your production line
