Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Planning Manager to lead end-to-end material planning, ensuring uninterrupted supply for production and commitments. You will drive MRP, supplier readiness, and risk management while aligning SIOP, MPS, and build processes.

You will supervise Material Planners, Expediting Lead, and Materials Risk Analyst, collaborates across Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Engineering, and champions continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years in materials, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain.
• 3+ years leading teams with risk management and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead material planning to ensure uninterrupted supply and drive MRP/PO management.
• Oversee supplier readiness, expediting, and risk mitigation actions.
• Own enterprise visibility of constrained materials and supply risks.
• Balance inventory with service levels and working capital goals.
• Collaborate across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and engineering.
• Develop and mentor planning staff and risk analysts.
