Job summary

Quintall is seeking a Strategic Order Management Specialist to support NA order execution across customer contracts, inventory commitments, and CUP2 coordination. You will influence delivery reliability by tracking orders, risks, and pre-order planning with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in order management or related supply chain functions, with SAP and Power BI proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, logistics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant business experience.
• Advanced production planning/scheduling experience.
• Lean tools and techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Protect customer delivery by managing strategic orders and long-term demand.
• Monitor delivery dates, promise dates, overdue orders, and CUP2 feasibility.
• Coordinate recovery actions for constrained supply and inventory gaps.
• Improve predictability via accurate order status and project updates.
• Ensure proactive follow-up for strategic accounts and distributor requirements.
• Support shift from reactive expediting to proactive planning.
• Communicate risks with clear data and cross-functional follow-through.
• Maintain standard work, process docs, and onboarding materials.
• Build trust with stakeholders through proactive risk visibility.
