Job summary

Ford in Dearborn, MI seeks an experienced LL4 IT Leader to partner with HR and own Oracle HCM Cloud strategy, delivery, and operations, translating workforce priorities into scalable IT solutions. The leader will manage analysts, engineers, and vendor partners while advising senior HR stakeholders to enable Ford's people strategy and digital transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, business, HR or related field (Master's preferred).
10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 4+ years hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion).
3+ years of people leadership managing IT teams or vendor resources.
Strong understanding of core HR processes and how technology enables them.
Proven experience partnering with senior HR stakeholders and translating strategy into technical roadmaps.
Experience with system integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and enterprise data management.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic HR initiatives into technology roadmaps.
Align Oracle HCM capabilities with enterprise HR strategy and compliance.
Represent IT in HR transformation programs and change management.
Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules configuration and releases.
Manage integrations between Oracle HCM and payroll, benefits, IAM, SAP, data warehouses, and HR tools.
Ensure platform security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOX).
Oversee budget and multi-year investment planning for the HCM platform.
