Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Manager, HR Technology - Recruiting & Journeys to lead Oracle Recruiting, Journeys and related HR tech initiatives. You will own the product vision, partner with Oracle teams, and drive process improvements across recruiting and employee journeys.

You will guide a team of analysts, collaborate with Talent Acquisition and IT, and ensure secure, compliant, and user-friendly experiences across Oracle platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years with Master’s or 8 years with Bachelor’s in HR Technology or related field.
• Proven hands-on Oracle Recruiting/Journeys experience (5+ years).
• 7+ years product ownership in HR tech (leadership role).
• 2+ years working with Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a collective product vision and roadmaps for Oracle Recruiting and Journeys; align to Ford’s goals and deliver exceptional UX.
• Lead analysts to support the HR tech strategy, including performance management and evaluations.
• Prioritize incidents, enhancements and projects based on feasibility, risk and ROI; ensure outcomes meet purpose.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across org to enhance employee journeys (onboarding, leaves, offboarding).
• Partner with Oracle product teams to influence roadmap and capabilities; engage in events and advisory opportunities.
• Interface with Digital HR and IT as SME for Oracle Recruiting; oversee integrations, security roles, reporting and training.
• Ensure HCM data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations; implement security controls.
