Job summary

Ford is seeking an experienced LL4 IT Leader to partner with HR and own Oracle HCM Cloud, translating HR priorities—talent management, workforce planning, payroll, and employee experience—into scalable IT solutions. You will guide strategy, delivery, and operations for the HCM platform, leading analysts, engineers, and vendors to enable Ford’s people strategy and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/HR or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 10+ years of progressive IT experience with healthcare/enterprise HR systems preferred.
• 4+ years hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementation, configuration, or support.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes (hire-to-retire, payroll interfaces, rewards).
• Proven ability to translate HR strategy into technical roadmaps and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud ownership, including configuration, releases, patches, and enhancements.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and privacy teams to align HR tech with enterprise strategy and compliance.
• Guide IT strategy, delivery, and operations for HCM platform and related services.
• Manage a team of analysts, developers, and vendor resources; drive performance and succession.
• Oversee system integrations (OIC, APIs, middleware) with payroll, benefits, data warehouses, and other tools.
• Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with global labor and audit regulations.
