Ford seeks an experienced LL4 IT Leader to partner with HR and own Oracle HCM Cloud strategy, delivery, and governance. You will translate business priorities—talent management, payroll, and employee experience—into scalable IT solutions while guiding a team of analysts, engineers, and vendor partners.

You will manage end-to-end HCM platform ownership, drive integrations with payroll, benefits, and identity management, and ensure security and compliance across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years IT experience with HR systems; 4+ years Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• 3+ years leading IT teams or vendor resources.
• Strong HR process knowledge and ability to translate strategy into technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Translate HR initiatives into technology roadmaps and IT strategy.
• Oversee Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules configuration, releases, and integrations.
• Lead a team of analysts, developers, and vendors to deliver IT services for HCM.
